Shortcuts Panel
You can use the Shortcuts Panel to access the information you use most frequently. Click on the icon for the Shortcuts Panel and you will see sections. This can include:
- Private - Shortcuts that are created by you. Only you can see and use them.
- Shared - Shortcuts that another user has created and then shared with you.
- Public - Shortcuts created by Super Users or Administrators. Everyone that has access to the Simpler site can see and use them.
Click on the Shortcut for the data you want. The data requested will display and the Datapp Title will change and now include the name of the Shortcut.
Shortcuts Tips
- The word Public in this context refers to the 'public' that can access the Simpler datapps within the organization, not to the general public or constituents.
- Public or Shared Shortcuts may not appear the same to all users. Filters will be applied based on the current user roles and security. For example, one user may be able to see the data for all departments in the organization but another may only be able to see the data for their own department.
