Feedback Panel
Simpler has integrated a method for capturing feedback and issues directly into the application. The Feedback Panel provides a form that allows users to report bugs, request enhancements, and ask questions.
In some organizations, the Feedback icon is not used or may have different instructions on how to report Feedback.
Click on the Feedback icon and a form will open in the Control Panel.
Enter the following information:

Summary - this is a short title or description of the issue or question.

Details - describe the issue or question in detail.

Contact Email - your email address should automatically be populated for you.

Category - select the category of the issue: Bug Fix, Enhancement, Question, or Other.

Priority - select a priority for your issue: Low, Medium, or High.
Click the Submit button.
The Simpler team will be notified and you will receive an email confirmation. If you want to add additional information or screen shots, just reply all to the email.
Feedback Tips
- The URL and name of the datapp will automatically be included when the issue is submitted. That way, the Simpler team has a link and can look at the exact same data presentation when they are reviewing the issue.
- You can see a list of all Feedback issues for your organization by click on the Feedback datapp on the Home Page.
